ISS RAD-PATH-SURG Lecture Series

The International Skeletal Society (ISS) is pleased to announce a new lecture series open to members of all national Musculoskeletal (Radiology, Pathology, and Orthopedic) Societies.

The series will consist of radiology-pathology case conferences alternating with didactic conferences. Each of the didactic conferences will be hosted by a national musculoskeletal society that is affiliated with the International Skeletal Society.

Meeting 1: Radiology Path Case | 10 April 2021 Time: 9.00-10.00am NY GMT-4

The first meeting, a radiology pathology case conference, will be held April 10th from 9- 10 am New York time Four challenging cases will be presented with both imaging and pathology findings. Each presentation will be followed by discussions and questions. Representative images (pathology and imaging findings) for each case will be available on the ISS website (https://internationalskeletalsociety.com/ ) on April 1st and we encourage everyone to submit their answers as recognition will be given to the person with the most correct answers. The meeting will be moderated by Carol Morris, Julie Fanburg-Smith and Mark Murphey.

Meeting 2: SAT 15 May 2021 9.30am NY GMT-4

The second lecture will be held on Saturday May 15th at 9:30 am New York time. The meeting will be hosted by the Musculoskeletal Society of India (MSS) and will consist of 45 minutes of didactic presentations (topic to be announced) followed by a 15 minute presentation about the MSS and its activities.

We will be holding upcoming lectures at different times of the day to accommodate all of our members in different time zones.

We are excited to begin this series with our affiliated societies to provide a forum for musculoskeletal physicians from around the world to come together for scientific sessions as well as learn about each other’s national societies.
