Membership renewals took place on 10 January 2023.
When we transitioned to a new membership platform last year to improve your experience, we needed existing members to update their details for renewals to take place seamlessly.
If you did not have a chance to complete this then you may have unfortunately experienced some issues upon renewal.
We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused and are thankful for your patience.
Some of the issues we have been reviewing include:
- The receipt of a cancellation email – please disregard this email. Your account is still active and your membership has not been cancelled.
- An incorrect charge – unfortunately, for some members, an error occurred during the renewal process and they were incorrectly charged the initial joining fee as well as the existing member fee. The incorrect payment has now been refunded to those members’ accounts which should be received within 5-10 days.
